Terms and Conditions:

By booking one of our properties, tenant agrees and consents to the below house rules and (short term) rental agreement. Should any of these rules be broken at any time during the stay of residence, owner or property manager (LUXE Team) is entitled to terminate the rental agreement and/or retain security deposit. Tenant is responsible for upholding all rules, terms and conditions that are reviewed prior to booking as well as enforced upon arrival through check in process.

Luxe offers vacation rental homes, we (owners/ property managers) are not responsible and do not assume liability for the loss, theft, damage or injury (or death) to persons or their personal property. Tenants agree to indemnify and hold the owners harmless for any liabilities, theft, damage, cost or expense whatsoever arising from or related to any claim or litigation which may arise out of or in connection with Guests’ use and occupancy of the rental property, including but not limited to claims for personal injury or property damage/loss.

House Rules:

  • Quiet time:
    • 9 PM to 9 AM 
  • No music playing outside
  • No parties
  • No events
  • No smoking on the premises – inside or outside of the home – Or else you will loose your deposit 
  • No parking on the street
  • No parking on the lawn
  • No more than 10 people at any time on the premise daytime or night time.
  • If there are any more than five people, there will be an additional charge of $100 per person per day. Even if they come and just visit, you will be charged an additional resort fee.
  • Additional fee for pets is $400 per pet – owner must approve this before check in
  • No more than two pets without written consent from the owner.
  • Please no disconnecting or adjusting the TV’s. If TV is not found to be working after guest checks out, $150 will be deducted from security deposit or additionally requested for IT services to come fix TVs.
  • Plumbing:
  • Please only flush toilet paper down the toilet. All of the toilets and plumbing have been checked before each guest checks in so If the toilet or showers get clogged, you will be responsible to call a plumber and have them come and fix it at tenants cost.

If any of these House rules are not followed you will lose your deposit and be asked to leave the premises. You will be charge accordingly for additional people, pets or damages.

Check in time   4 PM         —-         Check out time 10:30 AM

** There will be an additional $200 per hour if you are not checked out at the proper time or it will be prorated every 15 minutes. Early check in and late check out must be approved prior to check in. **

Additional $75/hr for requesting early or late check out (if available) – Must be approved by host.

We ask you to please strip all the beds that were used and put all the linens and towels in the laundry room and start one load of towels.

We ask you to please leave the house how you found it. If you use something replace it. Please take all trash and food and remove it and put it in the garbage cans on the side of the house.
