Welcome to the Luxe Resort! This brand new and fully renovated 3 unit complex is the perfect place for a group getaway!! With the option to rent out the entire resort or individual units, the Luxe Resort is the ideal entertainment location! Each unit is equipped with anything you can think of, so you never have to leave! Every unit has its own bedroom, bathroom and kitchen, comfortably sleeping 2/4. The living room & bedrooms feature flat screen smart TV’s as well as high-speed WIFI. Unwind in the backyard, where you will find, a heated pool, hot tub, plenty of lounge chairs and umbrellas, high top tables, a barbecue and outdoor kitchen! The Luxe Resort is right in Lauderdale By The Sea, just a quick 2 minute walk to the beach and to town!

Note: This listing is for Unit 4 of the Luxe Resort

– Unit 3 and 4 are one bedroom apartments. Each unit has a king sized bed in the bedrooms and a pull out sofa in the living room.
– Unit 2 features an open floor plan. There is a partition wall the divides the bedroom and living room. There is a Queen sized bed and a pull out sofa.

Note:
Each unit can sleep 2-4 but we recommend that each unit sleeps 2. Each unit has a max of 4 people and the entire resort has a max of 12 people. To book entire resort inquire directly.
